Details: Division: Retail FlsaStatus: Non-Exempt EmploymentType: Regular Primary focus on solution based selling of a full range of Fifth Third banking products specializing in consumer lending products and services to existing and potential customers in an inbound and outbound call center environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales/Goals Function: . Achieves assigned sales goals while cross selling and referring additional products and services through solution based selling. . Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to educate customers about bank products and services as solutions to meet customers' immediate and/or future needs. . Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer products/services and recommend appropriate solutions using our value proposition. . Utilize approved Marketing tools (Outbound dialing list, OneView) to reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews. . Establish close working relationships with internal Partners (Equity Specialist, Mortgage, Business Banking Specialist and Investment Executive), referring customers when appropriate to provide timely, holistic financial solutions. Customer Service: . Promote customer satisfaction with a friendly, helpful demeanor and professionalism. . Provides accurate information to the customer, explains products and policies in a clear, concise manner . Responds professionally to customer service inquiries and issues/concerns via inbound phone calls. Follows up with customers in a timely manner. . Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all business confidential. . Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other related policies, maintaining ethical behavior at all times. Call Center Operations: . Adhere to established policies and procedures while opening/servicing the full range of Retail products. . Achieves phone productivity goals while supporting department service level agreements. . Receptive to and incorporates coaching feedback to improve overall sales effectiveness. . Actively participates in personal and team development. . Suggests improvements and changes to processes and policies to enhance productivity, employee engagement and customer experience. . Accurately enters or confirms customer information. Initiate and/or complete proper request forms for customers. . Performs all other duties as assigned. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
