What You Will Be Doing Manage daily loan servicing processes including Customer Service, Escrow Administration, Collections, & Payment Processing. - Manage operations, including writing and maintaining policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state guidelines. - Oversee the hiring and training of personnel. - Ensure department is adequately staffed with sufficient training personnel to ensure fulfillment of essential duties and responsibilities. - Perform audits of necessary operations to ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal Policies and Procedures. - Prepare reports for management regarding both status of delinquency of portfolio and historical trends. - Interact with secondary market to comply with any investor related requests, and to ensure loans properly reflect investor on sold mortgages. - Assist in projects as needed.
