These roles will manage the transaction closings of the company's new investment deals while working closely with the new business development and corporate accounting teams. Responsibilities include: - Analyzing and reviewing complex transactions and preparing related journal entries for new acquisitions, dispositions, and refinancings - Preparing detailed balance sheet analyses and income statement variance and fluctuation analyses in connection with financial package creation - Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements and related supporting schedules including cash flow statements and supporting workpapers - Creating and analyzing intercompany and related-party transactions and perform supporting reconciliations - Assisting the financial reporting team in reviewing 10K/10Q disclosures and preparing supporting workpapers - Assisting in preparing supporting schedules for auditors and responding to audit inquiries
