Relationship Liaison II- Commercial Banking, Middle Market

M&T Bank - State College, PA - or relationship manager, responding to questions and resolving problems. Interact on a daily basis with all operational areas of the bank in order to review, research and correct operational and accounting customer problems. Open new accounts, process wire transfers and prepare daily lending and payment documentation on business banking loans. Handle and process all account maintenance. Review and approve overdrafts up to established limit. Research and resolve overdraft with customer. Process... customer needs. Minimum Qualifications Required Associate’s degree or in lieu of a degree, the equivalent of two years of work experience A minimum three (3) years customer service experience A minimum two (2) years business banking or commercial lending experience Knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and banking regulations are required.
