Details: Essential Function Coordinate with internal staff and vendors to implement, maintain, support, and modify systems and processes. Primary Responsibilities & Duties Monitor systems and processes to ensure they meet or exceed established standards and service level agreements (SLAs) for availability, continuity, performance, and security. Support systems and processes ensuring the timely and effective closure of support incidents and problems through the maintenance of system documentation, collaboration and escalation within the Information Technology department, and constant communication with effected parties. Identify and manage changes to systems and processes and procedures by managing internal and vendor resources through the change process, ensuring that changes meet stated expectations, documenting change activities and updating system documentation, and communicating service impact to effected parties. Maintain formal documentation of procedures, processes, and systems using a concise and consistent approach. Act as a subject matter expert for systems and processes by answering inquires from staff and participating on cross-functional teams and projects. Assist IT management in planning for annual capital expenditures and operating budgets. Train, develop, and mentor peers and internal customers to enhance their skills and abilities. Assumes additional responsibilities as necessary for the continued growth and advancement of the Credit Union. Specific Skills Experience in working on cross-functional teams Experience in managing projects Experience in cost control and budgeting Experience in end user support Data entry skills, mathematical and logical aptitude and general interpersonal skills are necessary. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are absolutely necessary. Unscheduled, weekend or holiday hours may be required. Lifting up to 50 lbs. Minimum Requirement Experience and education must be one of the following: 4-year college degree in an technology-related degree 2-year college degree in an technology-related degree plus 3 years of experience in systems analysis 7 or more years experience in an operations or analysis role in a financial services organization Accountability Accountable for Performance Management Goals as agreed upon with Supervisor. Responsible for completion of all work assigned within the predetermined deadlines. Accountable for protection of security and confidentiality of all systems maintained. Accountable for the approving and purchasing of IT purchases as indicated in TCU’s Fixed Asset Policy (IT Network Purchasing Specialist) and TCU’s Cash Expenditure Policy (IT Purchasing Specialist).
