Details: Ref ID: 02000-134909 Classification: Title Closers Compensation: $40,500.99 to $55,000.99 per year Senior Complex Commercial Title Processor for national title company is expanding and is looking for a senior commercial title processor or title attorney. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN COMPLEX COMMERCIAL TITLES (not just residential and some commercial). Our ideal candidate should have a plethora of experience in complex commercial titles, this position would focus on quality of complex titles rather than quantity. Candidate must have experience with real estate/title purchases, not just refinances, from start to finish and not require training. Candidate must have at least seven (7) years experience so they can hit the ground running and process purchase transactions and daily duties. Job duties will include review of title abstracts and deeds, HUD and title commitment preparation, processing of commercial purchase transactions and support noted real estate and title attorney. Funding experience and Title Agent License is a plus but not required. Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excell and RAMQUEST (or similar title software). Must be able to work OT as needed, whenever needed. Candidate should have a demeanor, strong work ethic and great attitude.
