Details: Assists Private Banking Executives and Manager in providing customer service and in the administration of customer accounts. Promotes the selling of banking and investment products and services. Assists customers in performing day-to-day transactions and investments with the Bank and related companies, coordinating with various departments the execution of customer transactions, and ensuring its successful completion. Handles customer correspondence and paperwork under the Private Banking Executives and Manager direction. Provides phone coverage for the Private Banking Executives, Manager and Receptionist. Conducts telemarketing solicitations to potential customers with the goal of assisting the Private Banking Executives and Manager to develop relationships and generating leads. Helps Private Banking Executives and Manager to schedule meetings with clients, arranging travel logistics and processing expense reports. Addresses and solves clients concerns and queries, ensuring that the process of customer claims resolution is administered within the established parameters of quality and efficiency. Maintains customer service quality standards. ? Maintains confidentiality of customer portfolio information. Supports the Private Banking Executives and Manager in the coordination of meetings of customers with product specialists of the Bank and related companies. Keeps abreast of current banking and investment products and services. Prepares activity reports and presentations for the Department. Assists the Private Banking Executives and Manager in responding to audits by internal, external and compliance auditors. To manage the relationship with highly sensitive and demanding customers. Zero error service levels Managing clients with high visibility within the organization. High volume of work may require overtime.
