Details: This position is responsible for insuring delivery of the highest quality product possible to the Investor’s. It requires phone and email interaction with various employees, customers, vendors and Investor representatives. This position requires above average communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work under extremely tight deadlines. A spirit of teamwork, urgency and a positive attitude are essential. Position is responsible for receiving closed loan files, and assigning files accordingly. Complete detailed file review within LOS, targeting specific issues determined by post closing management. Position is responsible for delivering completed file to shipping prior to date determined by secondary market. Assist in clearing post-closing issues to insure that the loans are eligible for sale in the secondary market. Position is responsible for identifying and tracking issues through manual spreadsheet applications or entering into the LOS (Avista) system. Position may assume additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
